So goals are a big and important thing that we need in life. I look back at the goals I wrote down six months ago, a year ago, two years ago, and I see I have hit a lot of them.
A lot of the goals I didn’t hit also were out there. I wasn’t at a point in my life to attract those goals because I didn’t have the ability. Or I didn’t have the skills. I didn’t have the capability. And I didn’t have the people around me to push me towards those goals.
Be Positive While Setting Goals
So first things first, we’re setting goals. You need to state them in a positive frame of mind. You can’t say I don’t want to be fat anymore. I don’t want to be poor anymore. I don’t want to be slow anymore. You want to say, I want to be healthier, or I will be more prosperous. I will be more abundant. I will be faster. I will be more intelligent.
That is the goal-setting it in a positive state of mind. When you stay in a negative state of mind, what you’re saying is I don’t want to be fat. You’re admitting you’re am fat.
Not I want to be healthier, because that means you’re on the way to becoming healthier. That means you’re a process of being richer. That means you’re on the way to becoming more intelligent.
But if you’re saying I don’t want to be stupid, you’re, focusing on stupid. And where focus goes, energy flows.
Make a positive Frame of Mind and Know Precisely What Your Goals Are
So, you’re, going to the actual goal that you want to achieve. Going right into the issue and completely squashing the problem. Particularly with what you want to manifest the exact goal you want to happen. The main thing is that you know exactly what you want. And what you want? Do you want more money because more money, theoretically a dollar, is more money?
Do you want to be happier if your goal is to be more comfortable again it’s? It’s not specific enough for you to achieve it. What is happiness to you? I want to be happier, will never get you to happiness because you need to be specific about what happiness is a positive frame of mind.
You need to be speaking about the amount of money. You want to be specific about the person you want in your life. The friends you wish to the relationships you want to. Whatever it is the job the business is, you need to be crystal clear on exactly what it is now. And you need to do it in a positive frame of mind.
Don’t get me wrong. These will change. These goals will adapt and change through time. As you start to grow, you start to change them. And that’s exactly how it works because if you looked at my goals five years ago, all I wanted was stuff.
That was all I wanted, but then I realized. If I became someone, the stuff would come as a byproduct. I don’t need things. I don’t want the stuff. The stuff comes to me because I’ve changed who I am as a person. And I allow it to come into my life. So make sure you are super-specific. Allow yourself to know exactly what you want in a positive frame of mind. You know where you’re going when you’re clear on an outcome.
If you put a destination into a GPS, you will get to the outcome. It will find you the right road. If you don’t know the destination, you can’t reach anywhere.
Are Your Goals Are Within Your Control
Suppose, if your goal
is, we’ll meet you in New York somewhere. Where is somewhere be completely and super super super specific step. You need to be crystal clear because if you tell someone, I’ll meet you in New York that could be anywhere. And think about how big New Your is! You’re never going to find someone.
If your goal is, we’ll meet you in New York somewhere. Is this goal
within your control?
For example, I want everyone around me to change. It isn’t a workable goal because that’s not within your control.
So ask yourself that question, is this goal that you want to achieve within your control? Making more money is in your control. Becoming healthier is within your control. Becoming mentally, physically, and spiritually happier is within your control.
All these things are within your control. The difference is, what action are you taking in your positive frame of mind because they’re in your control? You can’t say I want Lamborghini to bring out a cheaper car, because that’s not a great goal.
It’s not going to happen because you don’t own a Lamborghini. You don’t work for Lamborghini at a higher level unless you do. And if you do, then make it happen if it is within your control. But make sure that this goal that you’re trying to achieve this outcome. You’re trying to achieve within your control because you are taking charge of your own life.
No one is going to give you the goals you want. No one great things can happen, miracles can happen, people can come into your life, and that does happen. I’m not saying it doesn’t. It does happen, but not a lot of the time.
Do You Have The Resources To Achieve This Goal?
You need to ensure that you have the resources to achieve this goal. What resources you have right now? What material resources you have? What people do you have in your life? What monetary resources do you have? What skills do you have? What abilities do you have?
For example, if you want to start a business and say you want to do what I’m doing right now, you want to do hypnosis.
Do you have adequate skills to hypnotize people? If not, then the goals, not achievable until you have sufficient of the skill. You need to make sure that you have the skill. It needs to be within your control.
What will power do you have to learn the skill to attract the goal you want into your life?
For example, I want to reach a million people. I want to help them reprogram their livelihood. But success needed to learn to become the person that could reach those people. If I didn’t learn and that’s where I took it upon myself and said I couldn’t read or very, I can’t read very well.
I need to figure myself out how to study better. How do I do it, so I adapted to myself? It took me a long time to read all the stuff, whereas some people would read it a lot quicker, but I worked with what I had.
I used the resources that I had, and that’s when I started all on a laptop when my business started to grow. I could buy a computer that allowed my resources to improve and so forth.
So ensure that you have the resources. And make sure in a positive frame of mind, that it’s realistic to where you are right now. And also, it’s not pessimistic, realistic, so make it uncomfortable but realistic. For example, I want to turn over 50 million dollars in my first year.
Business, perhaps not so realistic. Suppose you’ve never started a business before. Is it possible? Yes, but where are you right now? My original goal was: I wanted to hit 30 000 by the end of this year.
Was that realistic? Not really because I’d never run business for longer than a year in a very decent way.
I’m doing it. I’m going to do it. Don’t know how I’m going to do it. It gives you that little kick up. They asked us to do it to start to get started with it. But the biggest thing you need to understand is that it will be scary when you get started.
Anything new is going to be scary when it’s a bit scary, but it’s. It’s possible. It’s realistic, then that’s when you’re likely to achieve those goals. And if you start with realistic goals in a positive frame of mind, you can expand those goals. You can get them bigger, bigger, bigger, and bigger and say rather than I want to be happy.
I want to be completely enlightened as an aura about myself, to attract people. I attract positive people. And they allow me to give my wisdom and knowledge to inspire and change people’s lives.
Your goal: do it go for it in a positive frame of mind. I believe in you right there. You and the next step is. Is it workable for your current situation? Are you in a positive frame of mind? And I have four questions to ask you to understand this. I will explain these questions as they may not make much sense. Still, they will when you’re filling out the sheet to make It a bit easier for you.
So question number: one is what will happen if you achieve this goal? What great things will happen? What amazing things will happen to you? Who will you become, what will happen?
Who will you become? What will you do? Who will be around you understanding what will happen when you achieve this goal?
If question number two will not happen if you don’t do this goal, what bad things will happen? How will it make you feel? Will you get to where you want to get to in life, or will you always be stuck where you are?
We need to put a pull, but we also need to push away from the negative question.
Number Three, what won’t happen. If you achieve this outcome, so, for example, there’ll be no feeling of depression? Will, you were not poor?
You are not unhealthy again, staying in the negative. So you’re, pushing away from the negative. And you are pulling yourself towards the positive, in a positive frame of mind.
The final question: what won’t happen if you don’t achieve success. I won’t become happy. I won’t become healthy. I won’t become this. As I said, I won’t become that again. Pushing yourself away from the negative, pulling yourself towards a positive frame of mind.
This is a very confusing bunch of questions to ask yourself. But getting clarity is everything, and the sixth and final step is what action can you take today?
For example, if you want to start a business. It’s not about starting a business, not about starting cooperation. It’s not about doing your taxes. Today, it may be reading a book on business. It may be starting that course on business. It may be asking a friend to ask a mentor that is successful in business.
Don’t get me wrong. Don’t just ask anyone, but who knows what they’re talking about. You to get the knowledge and requisite knowledge that you need to progress. What is it you need to do? It would help if you spoke to someone to let go of those subconscious programs, for example.
Make it a small step, doesn’t have to be big and remember.
Martin Luther Martin Luther king’s quote one of my favorite ones. You don’t have to see the whole staircase to take the first step and take step one. Ten years later, you’re never going to regret that. But if you do nothing today, you will regret those ten years that you wasted ten years later.
